As part of an ongoing collaboration with Houston independent bookseller Brazos Bookstore, Workhorse Printmakers and Spindletop Design (now Field of Study) created 2014’s Banned Books Week ephemera with an eye toward the subversive. Designed to be partially letterpress printed on-site on the day of the event, this seeming tribute to authoritarianism and censorship contains a hidden message.
