General Disclaimer

We're asking machines that are in excess of fifty years old to continue to perform at their peak and deliver quality of a standard for which they were never designed. While we make every effort to predict and prevent problems that may arise during your project sometimes things just plain go wrong. Machines break, critical parts get delayed, or any number of things outside of our control effect the process. This isn't a frequent occurrence but when it happens we appreciate your patience.

Letterpress is a craft process. We pride ourselves on the quality of our craft but there are limits to what can be achieved. Our machines are old (very old) and they have no automated controls. Color matching, register, impression, and inking are all controlled manually by our very skilled operators. Be aware that although unlikely, your job may have some color and register variations throughout the run. No printing is perfect. We ask you to understand that these variations are one of the joys of the letterpress process.
